Mixed classes are designed to provide all levels of experience with the method a challenging workout. To our infamous 75 minute master class, this class "masters" all of the Lotte Berk philosophies while putting your strength, endurance and stamina to the test! Our burn classes combine cardio and strength to keep you moving in 45 calorie-blasting minutes!
