workout done in socks is cardiovascular without any aerobic activity. It is a
low impact exercise making it safe orthropedically, while containing elements
of yoga, ballet, and dance which are combined to create a body that is both
graceful and strong.

foundation of the method. Mixed classes are designed to provide all levels of
experience with the method a challenging workout. To our infamous 75 minute
master class, this class "masters" all of the Lotte Berk philosophies while
putting your strength, endurance and stamina to the test! Our burn
classes combine cardio and strength to keep you moving in 45 calorie-blasting
minutes!
