PAYMENT
- Classes are non-refundable.
- Classes have no expiration date.
- Regular class packages are transferable to anyone.
- First-time class packages are transferable to first-time
clients only.
- We accept American Express, Master Card, Visa and
checks.
RESERVATIONS
- Reservations can be made as far in advance as you would like.
- We recommend reservations as class size is limited.
- We allow standing reservations.
- Cancellation policy: You will be charged if you do not cancel
1 hour in advance for
 classes and 24 hours in
advance for master class and burn.
CLASS
- All clients must sign in before each class.
- First time clients should arrive at least 10 minutes early to
fill out paperwork.
- PDAs and cell phones are not allowed in the studio
rooms.
- Socks or ballet slippers must be worn for class.
- Class is closed to clients 15 mins after class has
begun.
- Only bottled water is permitted in the studio rooms.
- We are not responsible for personal belongings. Please use
the lockers in changing the room.
CHILDCARE
- $7.00 per child and $3.00 for each additional sibling.
- Childcare hours are Mon thru Fri 8:15-12:15 and all weekend
classes.
- Children are not permitted to stay in childcare without
attendant.
- Children under 14 years of age are not permitted in the
studio to wait unattended.
