begin = beginner: Basic fundamentals of each exercise. Clients are introduced to the form with simple movements in order to develop familiarity with the positions. More advanced students will be challenged with variations according to their level.

mix = mixed: All levels invited as it is a mix between beginner and advanced. Clients will receive instruction based on the level of their development. Newcomers welcome.

adv* = advanced: A more intense pace. Clients have a solid understanding of the basic form and will be encouraged to take their workout up another level. The instructor will push you to maximize your time in class and will intensify the variations to challenge your body. Be prepared to work hard! No first-time students please!

Tread-X® = Tread-X®: Combines interval training on state-of-the-art treadmills, TRX suspension training to simultaneously build strength, balance, flexibility and core stability and floor circuits to challenge every muscle in your body using a mixture of strength and cardio exercises. This class will supercharge your fitness, boost your metabolism, burn fat and improve cardiovascular fitness. All levels welcome!
